"Groom a Leader" is a two-pronged programme aimed at increasing scholarship and internship activities in the Muslim world. The scholarship component is based on the model of multiple stakeholdership in which individual corporations have the option to sponsor young promising Muslim leaders to pursue their studies overseas. The internship component is an experiential programme in which interested corporations can pledge to accept interns from different organisations in other parts of the Muslim world on a few months to a year basis.
