The WIEF Foundation was established in March 2006 to institutionalise the World Islamic Economic Forum. It is an independent not-for-profit organization that administers and organize the annual global and regional Forums, as well as its related programmes with the main aim of fostering partnership amongst Muslim entrepreneurs and between Muslim and non-Muslim businessmen.
