There are different existing initiatives to alleviate this problem thus far. One is to support the telecommunications infrastructure of the affected society, another is to provide the computers and the third one is to provide the digital educational content of this service. We therefore cordially invite telecommunications providers, donor organizations, PC providers, virtual universities and academic institutions to participate in this promising programme for the Muslim world. If you believe in education as a key to the development of a community, then this is a programme that would fulfill that intention.

Some would argue that this is a tall order but we are pleased to inform you that there are existing corporations operating in the Muslim world who are already embarking on such programmes in their local jurisdiction. Our idea is therefore to build powerful synergies out of these related programmes and create a workable model that we can export to other countries as well.
